All the information you need to know ahead of Tuesday night’s Championship fixture against Nottingham Forest at Turf Moor.
Supporters are respectfully asked to order and collect tickets well in advance of kick off - as large tickets purchases on the night are expected – and to collect from the temporary ticket collection point outlined below.
Please note that due to the restricted temporary facility, fans wishing to purchase from the Ticket Office close to kick off have no guarantee of being processed by 7:45pm.
Due to the redevelopment works taking place on the site of the former Ticket Office and Clarets Store, a temporary Ticket office is now located to the right of the Bob Lord Stand main reception on Harry Potts Way.
Tickets can be purchased from here up until kick-off, but home ticket collections can only be claimed from here until 6.30pm.
Burnley Football Club advises supporters to purchase tickets in advance of the pre-match build up (either online HERE, over the phone 08712211914, or in person), to avoid unnecessary queuing on Harry Potts Way.
After 6pm, fans wishing to collect pre-paid tickets can do so from the Elite Training Centre’s main reception, situated in the North East car park, behind the James Hargreaves Stand.
Burnley Football Club respectfully advises that fans without a Clarets number, who wish to purchase tickets in the David Fishwick Stand, must do so before 6pm on all future night games.
Only customers with a Clarets number to hand on arrival will be able to purchase a David Fishwick Stand ticket after 6pm.
Please note that this ruling does not apply to the Blackburn Rovers home fixture next month, as only current Season Ticket holders will be permitted in the David Fishwick Stand for that game.
The stadium’s Clarets Store has also moved to a new location, situated in the Elite Training Centre, in the North East car park, behind the James Hargreaves Stand.
The store will be open from 9am on Tuesday, up until kick-off (7.45pm), but will not re-open after the full-time whistle.
Please take extra care around the Elite Training Centre, as highlighted ramps and curbs are in-situ.
Clarets Store also have a special offer to fans on Tuesday. The yellow away kit can be purchased at half price.
The Lottery Department has relocated. The department can now be found at the Elite Training Centre’s main reception.
Stadium access for wheelchair users situated on the corner of the Bob Lord and Jimmy McIlroy stands has been altered and these supporters are now asked to enter via gate E1, (the gate under the Big Screen) between the Jimmy McIlroy and James Hargreaves Stands.
