Dean Marney is a doubt for Monday’s penultimate Championship game of the season against QPR.
The midfielder, who currently stands on 199 appearances for the Clarets, was substituted with a hamstring injury late in the win at Preston North End a week ago.
And Marney is Sean Dyche’s only injury worry as his players look for a victory in their final home game of the season to edge closer to promotion.
The Burnley boss confirmed: “We are keeping tabs on Dean, who had a minor stretch on his hamstring in the last game against Preston.
“But he’s going well at the moment, so we will see what the next couple of games bring.”
A full preview of the QPR game will appear on the official website on Saturday.
