Keith Stroud will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s East Lancashire derby against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park (12.30pm kick-off).
The Hampshire official has been in charge of 12 games so far in the 2015/16 campaign, issuing 45 yellow cards and one red.
Last time he took charge of a game involving the Clarets, Burnley were promoted to the Barclays Premier League against Wigan Athletic at Turf Moor.
Six players were booked on that day, Ben Mee and Ashley Barnes and four for the visitors.
Mr Stroud will be assisted by Mr G Hart, Mr S Hudson and Fourth Official Jeremy Simpson.
