Burnley FC in the Community has enjoyed a hugely successful re-launch in the past 12 months.
The department now works alongside 59 schools in the region and continues to move forward at pace, having already engaged 30,000 participants.
But this would not have been possible without our many partners.
Neil Hart, Head of BFC in the Community, said: “I would like to thank all of our funders and partners who have been part of the Burnley FC in the Community story so far.
“This season has seen our charity establish itself as a leader in developing and delivering community provision in Burnley and the surrounding areas.
“We are now delivering over 30 different community projects employing over 30 local people.
“We know this football club has deep roots with its local community and it’s fantastic to see the wide variety of programmes being delivered from school sport to education and enterprise to employability courses to health and wellbeing activities and much more!
“As you can see from our ‘Year in numbers’ we pride ourselves on having an impact and providing tangible benefits to our local community.
“It’s fair to say community very much matters at this club with both our community commitment and scope of works growing by the week.
“I would like to thank all our staff, Sean Dyche and the players, the Board of Directors and Trustees, partners, funders and everyone who has taken part in our community activities this season.
“We will continue to do everything we can to support our local community and with more work still to do I’m convinced we can continue to inspire, support and deliver change in our community.”
