Burnley duo Michael Keane and Danny Ings have been included in the England squad for this summer’s U21 European Championships.
Both players have made Gareth Southgate’s final 23-man squad for the prestigious tournament, which takes place between June 17-30 in the Czech Republic.
Defender Keane, who joined the Clarets permanently in January following a loan spell from Manchester United, currently has 19 caps for his country.
Striker Ings, whose current deal at Turf Moor expires at the end of June, has scored four goals in his nine caps for the Three Lions.
England’s opening group game in the European Championships is against Portugal in Uherske Hradiste on Thursday, June 18, followed by clashes with Sweden (21st) and Italy (24th).
The England U21 squad, who convened today ahead of the Euros, play their final warm-up game against Belarus at Barnsley’s Oakwell on Thursday, June 11.
