Sean Dyche has revealed Ross Wallace and Steven Reid are back in contention ahead of Saturday’s trip to Everton.
The experienced pair missed the home visits of Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal with knocks, but have been back in training and both featured in a Development Squad win over
Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday.
And as the Clarets prepare as Burnley prepare for a short journey to Goodison Park this weekend, Dyche has confirmed he now has virtually a full squad to select from at a crucial juncture of the Premier League campaign.
The Clarets boss told his pre-match press conference this afternoon: “We had a good week and we’re looking pretty good.
“We had a few knocks last week which is why a couple of players didn’t even get on the bench, but it was more precautionary.
“Ross and Steven have trained well this week and will both come back into the thinking this week.
“We’ve had another game for them as well as for Matty Taylor during the week too and they all got through it well.
“Marvin Sordell had a couple of down days earlier in the week, but he trained again today, so we’re pretty much clear again now.
“We’ve got big six games coming and we want everyone available and they’re just about are, so other than the long-term injuries, we’re more or less back to full squad and happy with it this
