Best of Burnley Gets Fans' Thumbs-Up

28 April 2015

Turf Moor was proud to host the first ever 'Best of Burnley' Festival along Harry Potts Way last weekend.

Over 40 local companies and organisations were involved, to create a family festival atmosphere, with Burnley and Leicester fans mingling before the match.

Thousands of fans filled Harry Potts way from 11am onwards, taking the opportunity to sample all the stalls showcasing the best of what this great town has to offer.

Entertainment was provided by the crowd-pleasing Milltown Brothers, as well as a number of local performers and dance groups.

And of course we can’t forget Granny Turismo, who went viral on a worldwide scale while here at Turf Moor, with a million views already on social media of them performing along Harry Potts Way before the game.
