Departing midfielder Brian Stock has said an emotional farewell to Turf Moor, thanking fans for all their support.
The 32-year-old is one of four senior professionals released by the Clarets following promotion to the Premier League.
And Stock, who also had words of thanks for manager Sean Dyche, insists he leaves with a heavy heart!
He said: "it's a shame to be leaving but I'd just like to thank everyone for all their support and kind words while I've been at the club.
"Naturally, I would have liked to have played more, but equally it's been a pleasure watching the team as they have performed brilliantly all season.
"It's been hard for me because of the form of Dean Marney and David Jones, who have both been superb.
"And I also want to say a big thank you to the manager. He has been brilliant with me, keeping me involved and feeling a part of something special.
"I know everyone is looking forward to the challenge of the Premier League and I just want to wish everyone connected with the club success in the future."
