Scot set for 90-minute run out in Cup quarter final
Ross Wallace hopes to put himself back in contention for a first team return in tonight's Lancashire FA Senior Cup quarter-final against Oldham Athletic at Turf Moor.
Wallace, who has been sidelined since knee surgery in August, has so far made two appearances for the Development squad since stepping up his rehab in the New Year.
And the Scot hopes a 90-minute run-out tonight will seal his return to fitness as the Clarets gear up for a crucial part of the season.
Fans are welcome to attend tonight's fixture, which kicks off at (KO 7pm).
Admission on the night in the Bob Lord Stand is priced at £3 adults and £1 concessions.
Burnley beat Morecambe 4-1 at Turf Moor back in October in the only previous game of the competition, with two goals from former Claret Ryan Noble, before Jamie Frost and Steven Hewitt completed the rout.
