Burnley Manager Sean Dyche has praised the character of his players following their impressive performances this season.
The Clarets go into Saturday’s home clash with Millwall sitting third in the championship table, just three points adrift of last weekend’s opponents Queens Park Rangers.
And Dyche, whose side are unbeaten at home in 11 months, is delighted with the way his players are continuing to perform.
“We have a winning mentality that we’ve collected as a group along the way” he said.
“Obviously my staff and I try to lead that thought, but the players have really gripped it, and have taken it with them.”
Two players bang-in-form at the moment are strikers Danny Ings and Sam Vokes.
The Burnley strikers have collected 37 goals between them this season, with England U21 ace Ings leading the way with 22.
And Dyche, who added Ashley Barnes to his strike force in the January transfer window, insisted: It’s a good partnership!
“But now we’ve got Ashley coming in to support and challenge that partnership.”
