Dyche Honoured By North West Football Writers

9 December 2014

Sean Dyche received another prestigious accolade at the Northwest Football Writers’ Association 2014 Managers’ Awards Dinner in Manchester.

The Burnley manager found himself among seven prize-winning Premier League and Football League bosses, including Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini.

Sean is pictured accepting his award from (R-L) Steve Bates, Football Writers Association Northern Chairman and Frank Shennen, Head of Media at the University and College of Football Business (UCFB)

Former Claret Graham Alexander, who won promotion to the Football League One with Fleetwood Town last season, also landed an award.

The Northern Managers’ Awards Dinner, where journalists reward North West managers who achieved outstanding success every year, took place for the 34th time on Sunday night.

And for Dyche it was a second prestigious award in the space of three weeks after he had also been named the MBNA Northwest Football Manager of the Year last month.
