Burnley based business Capll Ltd have signed up to provide a charitable donation of £20,000 to support Burnley FC in the Community with the delivery of the Danny Ings Disability Project.
The project launched by Ings in late November will deliver a wide range of football based activities to disabled children, young people and adults throughout the region with much of the activities set to kick off in January 2015.
The project will provide weekly football and sport based coaching to SEN schools across Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale, weekly pan-disability football sessions, wheelchair football, and will create a new Burnley FC adult disability football team.
Andrew Paul, Managing Director at Capll Ltd said, “As a local business owner I am delighted to be involved in a project that will have such a positive impact on our local community.
"Burnley Football Club has a unique position within our community in having the ability to bring people together and really contribute to daily life, whether that be through success on the field or through community based activities.
"The Danny Ings project is further evidence of this. The personal commitment of Danny towards this project is evident for all to see and together with the project team this will bring joy to people of all ages for years to come.”
Neil Hart, Head of Burnley FC in the Community added, “This is brilliant news that Capll Ltd have made this contribution to the project – this additional donation will allow us to do even more work with disabled youngsters.
"I’d like to thank Andrew at Capll Ltd as these additional funds will make a huge difference to the lives of disabled youngsters across the region.”
