Burnley Football Club continues to show an annual reduction in agents’ fees, following the latest figures released by the Football Association.
For the period October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013, Burnley Football Club paid a total of £364,389 to agents.
The figure is over half of the £730,630 paid by the club in the previous 12 months, while the amount from October 2010 to September 2011 was £836,394.
Burnley FC Chief Executive Lee Hoos said: “The newly released figures show a continuation of the steady reduction in agents’ fees on an annual basis.
“Agents continue to be an intricate part of player movements, but Burnley Football Club is working hard to ensure that we always get the best value for money.”
