Loyalty Points v TeamCard Points
After receiving feedback from supporters, Burnley FC would like to clarify the differences between Loyalty Points and Teamcard points
Loyalty Points (Also known as Clarets Points) are those which fans have built up over numerous seasons when purchasing match or season tickets. These Loyalty Points accumulate and are used as a priority system when there is a high demand for high profile away league or cup matches. Loyalty Points do not expire and for every ticket purchase you make, they continue to be added to your customer record.
All season ticket holders now have a Season TeamCard, which has replaced the old season ticket book.
Your Season TeamCard has two main purposes.
1. It is used as your entry card to Turf Moor through the turnstiles on matchday.
2. It can be used as a rewards system for fans when they purchase products or merchandise from the Clarets Store at Turf Moor and at the Clarets Store at Charter Walk Burnley.
For every purchase you make (and provide your Season TeamCard details) you will be awarded TeamCard Points, which build up on your card on a seasonal basis.
These TeamCard points can then be used to discount your next purchase at one of the Clarets Store retail outlets, or towards the cost of your next season ticket. (Full details of how many points are awarded for each £1 you spend can be found by clicking HERE
Fans can check how many TeamCard Points they have built up by going to www.teamcard.co.uk.
TeamCard points do expire and need to be spent on a seasonal basis
