The Turf Moor ticket office is open as follows:
Weekdays: 9am - 5pm
Midweek matches: 9am - Kick off.
Weekend (matchdays): 9.15am - 3.45pm
We recommend all match tickets are purchased in advance, although the ticket office can be
contacted for advice on a match-by-match basis on 0871 221 1914.
Safety Notice
Burnley Football Club discourages parents from bringing babes in arms to football matches.
Young infants will be allowed in the ground on match days, subject to the parent or guardian
accepting full liability for their safety while in the ground.
Care should be taken in selecting the seating area in the ground and we recommend that the seat should not be behind a goal, or in the lower tier of a stand.
Disabled Supporters
Wheelchair Users
All home wheelchair supporters are accommodated at the North East corner of the James
Hargreaves Stand, adjacent to the Jimmy McIlroy Stand.
Helpers sit alongside in a fixed seat.
Unfortunately, this dedicated area is open to the elements.
In inclement weather, home supporters are often given the option of being transferred to the
special area within the David Fishwick Stand, where visiting supporters are housed.
Complimentary waterproof capes are provided on request.
Disabled away supporters are always situated within the David Fishwick Stand.
There is room for 22 disabled supporters and 22 helpers in the North East corner, with space for a further 20 of each in the David Fishwick Stand.
All home match commentaries are available via special headsets available from the Clarets Store.

Visually Impaired
There are a total of 12 positions for home and away supporters, with helpers seated alongside.
