Burnley Football Club are delighted to announce their partnership with ‘TeamCard’.
The new TeamCard system will incorporate both access control to Turf Moor and a new loyalty system, which will be a massive benefit to all fans of Burnley Football Club.
Season ticket holders will very soon be receiving their 2014/2015 season ticket TeamCards through the post.
Please ensure you keep this safe as this is now your season ticket to attend Barclays Premier League games here at Turf Moor.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR ME? (2014/15 SEASON TICKET HOLDER)
As a first step, all current 2014/2015 season ticket holders will now have received their season ticket members TeamCard. This card will replace the season ticket book you have used in previous seasons. Your full season ticket data will be on your TeamCard and allow you access to Turf Moor for all 2014/2015 Barclays Premier League home matches. Any Capital One Cup or FA Cup matches which you purchase during the season will also be uploaded onto your TeamCard if you keep the same seat, and allow you access to Turf Moor for these additional matches you purchase.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR ME? (NON SEASON TICKET HOLDER).
Non 2014/2015 season ticket holders will also be able to purchase a members teamcard for £1 from the Clarets Store (this £1 will be placed onto your card in the form of points) or the Turf Moor Ticket Office.
DO I STILL PURCHASE TICKETS IN THE SAME WAY I DID LAST SEASON?
Yes, the only difference is that your purchased match will be uploaded onto your TeamCard instead of receiving a paper ticket. Season Ticket Holders will simply use their Teamcard (which will have your seat details printed on it). However, individual matchday purchasers will also receive a receipt which will have details of their seat for that match. You can purchase match tickets from the Turf Moor Ticket Office, from the Clarets Store, online at www.claretsstore.com or by calling 0871 221 1914
Additionally there is now a ‘print from home’ option for those fans purchasing tickets from www.claretsstore.com
. Simply purchase your ticket, print it off at home and bring it with you on matchday to gain entry to the stadium.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CLARETS NUMBER AND THE LOYALTY POINTS I HAVE BUILT UP OVER THE PAST FEW SEASONS?
The TeamCard system will still use your current Clarets Number, which will be printed on the back of Season Ticket TeamCards. For the 2014/2015 season loyalty points built up over the past seasons will continue to be used, if required for high profile matches.
Information on loyalty points will be announced if they are required through the season
HOW DOES TEAMCARD POINTS WORK? COLLECTING POINTS
TeamCards are now active.
Each time you make a purchase at the Clarets Store at Turf Moor or at Clarets Store at Charter Walk Burnley, you will collect points. Points are not currently added for online purchases. This facility will be available soon.
TeamCard points will only be collected when you purchase retail items from Burnley Football Club, unless otherwise stated (Eg: TeamCard points will not collected when purchasing season tickets or matchday tickets at the current time).
For every £1 you spend on retail items you will receive 10 TeamCard points (2014/15 season ticket holders only)
Burnley FC will have select ‘TeamCard matchdays’ and events throughout the season when additional TeamCard points can be collected. These will be advertised on www.burnleyfc.com
HOW DOES TEAMCARD POINTS WORK? SPENDING POINTS
Once you have collected TeamCard points you can choose to spend these to discount your next purchase at Turf Moor
Every point you collect equates to 1p to spend back here at Burnley Football Club against merchandise, tickets, season tickets etc
TeamCard points can be spent at the Turf Moor Ticket Office for Barclays Premier League home match tickets and season tickets, at either of the Clarets Stores against retail items, or online at www.claretsstore.com
For example: If you had 1000 points (£10) you could spend these to reduce the cost of your next season ticket.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT TEAMCARD POINTS?
You can only collect TeamCard points at the time of purchase by having your card scanned at the till-point. Points will not be added for previous purchases at the club, or if you forget your TeamCard, except when specifically stated by Burnley Football Club.
HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MANY TEAMCARD POINTS I HAVE?
Simply register your card at www.teamcard.co.uk
. You will then be shown your TeamCard points total.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY TEAMCARD ON A MATCHDAY?
If you forget your TeamCard on matchday you can get a replacement paper ticket for that game from the Turf Moor Ticket Office, who will then deactivate your TeamCard for that game. There is a £5 admin cost for this.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY TEAMCARD?
If you lose your TeamCard please contact the Turf Moor Ticket Office as soon as possible who will deactivate your card so it cannot be used by anyone else. To then get a replacement TeamCard will cost £15.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY TEAMCARD TO ENTER TURF MOOR ON MATCHDAY?
Yes, however as a card holder you are 100% responsible for your card. Burnley FC are not liable for any loss or damage which may occur to your card and the person's behaviour who you pass your card to is also your responsibility. Cards can only be transferred within the same age bracket, or lower brackets. You cannot transfer the card to a higher age /price bracket unless you pay the upgrade payments, where applicable. Fans wishing to transfer between age brackets must go through the upgrade process (see below).
There are no downgrade refunds.
Cards remain the responsibility of the owner.
Free Under 10 tickets in the Family stand are not transferable.
If you cannot attend a game you may also have the option of putting your seat back on sale and receiving points on your card if the seat is purchased. For queries contact the Turf Moor Ticket Office on a non-matchday on 0871 221 1914
CAN I UPGRADE MY TEAMCARD FOR A ONE-OFF GAME?
Season ticket TeamCards and individual matchday purchasers may 'upgrade' their TeamCard up to three times during the season (eg u12 to an adult...Jimmy McIlroy U10 tickets cannot be upgraded). This must be done on a non-matchday by going to the Turf Moor Ticket Office or by calling the ticket office on 0871 221 1914. Upgrades cannot be done online.
PLEASE NOTE: Ticket upgrades will NOT be available within three three hours of kick off on matchdays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM REJECTED ENTRY TO TURF MOOR?
If the unlikely situation occurs where there is a technical fault with your card you will be asked to return to the Ticket Office who will provide you with a paper ticket to gain entry.
Fans are reminded that to attempt to enter Turf Moor using someone else’s card without the club's permission or under the incorrect price band is a fraudulent offence. Anyone who would like to upgrade their season ticket teamcard must do by close of business on Friday 15th August. Anyone found to be attempting to enter Turf Moor under the incorrect price band on a matchday will be asked to report to the Turf Moor Ticket Office, pay the full cost for the correct price band season or matchday ticket plus an additional admin charge of £50. Until this process is complete you will not be granted access to Turf Moor.
DO TEAMCARD POINTS EXPIRE AND IF SO WHEN?
TeamCard points collect for the full 2014/2015 season up until June 30th 2015. At this point you will have until December 31st 2015 to use your points before they expire
From 1st July 2015 you will then begin collecting TeamCard points for the 2015/2016 season which in turn will collect up until June 30th 2016. At this point you will have up until December 2016 to use your points before they expire. And so on…

once you have registered your TeamCard.
