I do not have a season ticket. Can I pay on the turnstile to a Championship match?Yes, for most games we anticipate tickets to be available at cash turnstiles. These will usually be for the James Hargreaves Lower Tier, and Jimmy McIlroy Lower Tier, depending on availability. It is worth noting that there are no concessionary prices are available at turnstiles. Concessions are ONLY available at the ticket office.
How can I buy a ticket for a match in advance?
Home match tickets are now available for all home matches for the first half of the season. Home tickets are available at the ticket office, via telephone and online.
If I buy a ticket online, will it be posted out?
All tickets purchased online are posted out unless otherwise stated. However, the last postal day is three days before a game. After this time, tickets will be available for collection at the Turf Moor ticket office.
How do I apply to be in the membership scheme and what does it cost?
The membership scheme, available at the ticket office, costs £20 per person for the relevant season. Members receive a £3 or £4 discount off each single ticket they purchase per league game, dependent on category. This means the member can save money if they use their membership enough times over the course of the season. See the link on Tickets section.

4. Suppose I am neither a season ticket holder, nor in the membership scheme?
All home games for the first half of the season are now no general sale. For bigger games, we
may need to implement different procedures, so having a membership remains the best way
of getting tickets.
If I join the membership scheme, can I reserve the same seat for all matches?
Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee you a specific seat for every game. As long as you apply early enough, you should be able to specify where you would like to sit.

If I don't want to use my membership for a match, can I buy a ticket for my friend?
Yes, but you will be held responsible for their behaviour at the game. They must also be in the same age category as you.
How do season ticket holders/members obtain tickets for away games?
We accept applications from season ticket holders for away matches three to four weeks prior to the fixture. Away tickets go on sale exclusively to season ticket holders and members for a week before going on general sale.They can be purchased as advised on ticket information for each individual game.
How do non-season holders/members obtain tickets for away games?
In the final week leading up to the fixture, any remaining away tickets may be available for
purchase over the counter, online or by telephone.
How do I get tickets seated next to friends for away games?
The only way to get tickets next to your friends is to apply as a group. We would need one application with all the applicants' details in.
Do I need 'loyalty points' for any purchases?
Any games where Loyalty Points apply will be clarified in Ticket News. It is worth noting that the loyalty points system is still operational and tickets bought this season do count towards overall points totals on each clarets number. There may be a need to introduce this method of priority in the event of high profile game(s).
How can I find out how many 'loyalty points' I have?The ticket office will be able to advise you if you give them your clarets number which you will find inside your season ticket book. Alternatively, CLICK HERE to check online. (As a guide we give 350 points a season for the last seven seasons, 1,000 points for purchasing a 2012/13 season ticket, plus 10 points for each individual match ticket purchased).
Are there concessionary prices available at the turnstiles on the day of a game?
No. All concessions tickets must be purchased from either the Turf Moor ticket office.
