Season Tickets 2010/11

And that sentiment has never been more evident than during this, our inaugural Premier League season.
Together, we have all enjoyed priceless memories of some outstanding performances by the team over the past 18 months.
The highly successful Premier League Pledge, activated by the stunning Wembley victory and the return of top flight football for the first time in 33 years, enabled over 7,000 supporters to witness every kick here at Turf Moor FREE OF CHARGE.
And, after seeing the Clarets go toe-to-toe with some of the biggest names in world football, where we have held our own against the elite of the English Premier League here at Turf Moor - AND registered an unforgettable victory over Manchester United - we now invite you to join us on our remarkable journey.

The time has come to reserve your seat for the next instalment of what promises to be an equally memorable period in our history by renewing your season ticket for the coming season.
A season ticket is the only way to GUARANTEE seeing every league game here at Turf Moor, at the lowest possible price. Season tickets also offer PRIORITY on all-ticket games and provide huge DISCOUNTS at the club shop.
Season tickets for the 2010/11 campaign go back on sale from Monday 17th May. For full details, click here.
Pricing
As the 2009/10 campaign draws to a close we have to re-evaluate the club's position - and in doing so we have considered very carefully how to price our season ticket offer.
Last year, we froze early bird season ticket prices for the second year in succession.
However, we now need to build on the success we have achieved, and to do this we feel we need to increase season ticket prices for the coming season to give manager Brian Laws the maximum financial support available.
However, we remain steadfastly committed to providing affordable season tickets for our fans. And so we propose to increase all adult early bird season tickets by just £30, with increases of £25 for age concessions and £20 for all junior season tickets.
Please note the STRICT Early Bird Deadline below of March 31, 2010.
Family Pricing
All of the family pricing initiatives introduced over the past few seasons will continue, including the 'Second Child Free' offer in the Family Stand. After the increases, pricing for 2010/11 will thus be:
Under 8: FREE to Junior Clarets in the Family Stand*
8-11: £50 for Junior Clarets in the Family Stand*
12-15: £80 for Junior Clarets in the Family Stand*
16-18 & NUS: £95 in the Jimmy McIlroy Lower Tier**
*If the season ticket holder is registered with the Junior Clarets and has a seat in the Family Stand
** 16-18 includes full time students whose birthday falls on or before 1st August 2010. Proof of age required.

Early Bird Deadline!
In order to give the Board of Directors' adequate time to plan and budget for the 2010/11 season, the club feels we must set the Early Bird renewal deadline at 31st March 2010.
Existing season ticket holders ONLY therefore have until this date to renew their season tickets and secure their existing seats at specially discounted rates.
After this date, Burnley Football Club reserves the right to release all unsold seats and/or suspend sales until the completion of the 2009/10 campaign, upon which season ticket prices may well be further increased and any sales will again be subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis.
New season ticket applications will be invited and welcomed ahead of and up to the deadline date. Any supporter wishing to purchase new or additional season tickets should write to the ticket office at Turf Moor by 31st March and these new applications will be processed at the Early Bird prices on a first come, first served basis (subject to availability) after 31st March.
Match Day Pricing
All match day prices will be reviewed at the end of the season. We guarantee that all supporters who renew their season ticket by 31st March 2010 will pay significantly less for their season's football than supporters who choose to pay on a match by match basis.

Terms and Conditions
David Fishwick (Cricket Field) Stand
Supporters who have season tickets in this stand should be aware that their seats in this stand may not be available for purchase for FA Cup matches. In the event that this is the case, the club will allocate the best available seat in another area of the stadium.
Jimmy McIlroy Upper Tier
Supporters are reminded that season tickets and match day tickets are sold in this area on a 1 + 1 basis only (ie: adults must be accompanied by a junior supporter).
Age Concessions
To qualify for an age related concession, age at the beginning of the season will determine whether the supporter qualifies for the concession or not (eg: to qualify for a 16-18 concession, the supporter must be 18 or under on 1st August, 2010). In order to qualify for any concessionary price, the supporter must provide proof of age in person at the ticket office.
Senior Citizens Age Limit
Senior Citizens who already receive an age related discounted season ticket will continue to receive that concession. However to fall in line with the Government's harmonization of the retirement age, supporters must be 65 or older on 1st August 2010 to qualify for the senior citizens discount for the first time.
Disabled Supporters Prices
In line with advice from the Football League, disabled supporters will pay the full applicable price for their season ticket (ie: Adult, senior citizen, 16 to 18 or under 16), but those supporters who need a helper will receive an additional season ticket for the helper free of the charge. Each case will be assessed individually and you may be asked to provide proof that you need a helper.
Smoking
In line with government legislation and Football League guidelines there is strictly no smoking within the confines of the stadium. Please note that the club is obliged by law to take action against supporters who smoke within the stadium and could be fined if the problem is not addressed. The club therefore reserves the right to cancel the season ticket of anyone who persistently flouts the law in this way.
Free Season Tickets For U8's and reduced prices for U12's and U16's
These tickets are only available in the Family Stand (Jimmy McIlroy Upper Tier), are only sold in conjunction with a full adult season ticket (one free under 8's ticket per full adult ticket) and are not upgradable or transferable on a match by match basis. The child must be registered as a Junior Claret and proof of age must be provided at the ticket office. The club reserves the right to withdraw these offers after the early bird renewal period.
Reduced Price 16-18 Season Tickets
These tickets are only available in the Jimmy McIlroy Stand Lower Tier and are not upgradable or transferable on a match by match basis. Young supporters who wish to take advantage of these prices must obtain a free membership by taking in a passport sized photograph and proof of age to the ticket office.
Second Child Free Offer
These tickets are only available in the Family Stand and are not available with any other offer (eg: the under 8's free ticket offer as detailed above). They are not transferable or upgradable on a match by match basis. Both children must be under 16 on 1st August, 2010. In the event the children fall into different price categories, the cheaper price will be discounted. Only one free child ticket per family group is available under this offer. We defined a family group including at least one adult and one under 16 buying tickets for adjoining seats and paying in one transaction from one bank account. All children in the group must be registered as Junior Clarets and proof of age must be provided on request. The Club reserves the right to withdraw this offer after the early bird renewal period.
The Premier League Pledge
This scheme has now successfully run its course and will not be continued for the 2010/11 season.

Payment by credit and debit card
As we have noted for the past couple of seasons, the issue of payment by credit and debit card for season tickets is an important one for us. If you pay by credit card or certain types of debit card, we either have to pay an insurance premium (on top of the normal card margin) to ensure that we receive the money immediately, or accept payment from the card management company in stages throughout the season.
This has a massive impact on the finances of the club, so we ask that you do not pay by credit or visa debit card.
We will not stop supporters paying this way for season tickets; all we ask is that, if possible, you choose another mode of payment. You will see that we have a three-month payment scheme and a 10-month payment scheme administered by Premium Credit. Please consider these as alternatives, or pay by cash or cheque if you are able to.
If, after you have read the above, you still feel you want to pay by credit or debit card, then please do so as Burnley Football Club values your continued support and looks forward to welcoming you to Turf Moor again next season. However, you should be aware that we do need to charge for payment by credit card and certain debit cards to compensate for the costs we incur.
The charges per ticket for 2010/11 will be:
• Adult - £15 (Credit card) £10 (Visa Debit)
• Concessions - £10 (Credit card) £7 (Visa Debit)
• Under 16 - no charge
• Maestro Debit Cards (inc Switch and Solo cards), cheques and cash - no charge.
