Burnley completed the signing of defender Daniel Fox on a three-and-a-half year deal in January 2010 for an undisclosed fee from Celtic.
The 23 year-old left-back joined the Glasgow giants in July 2009 from Coventry City for a £1.5million fee.
Fox made his competitive Celtic debut against Dinamo Moscow in the UEFA Champions League qualifier and made 15 league appearances for the Hoops in the 2009/10 season, with his last outing coming in the 1-1 draw with Rangers on 3rd January 2010.
Comfortable at left-back and midfield, Fox, who has been capped at Under-21 level for England, also qualifies to play for Scotland due to having a Scottish grandfather and was awarded his first full cap by George Burley in the 3-0 defeat by Wales at Cardiff in November.
Born in Winsford, Cheshire, Fox started his career with Everton and played for the Goodison Park youth team before moving on to Walsall in summer 2005, where he made over 100 appearances in all competitions, helping the Saddlers to the League two title in 2006/07.
But it was at Coventry City, whom he joined in January 2008, where Fox really rose to prominence, earning a reputation as one of the best defenders in the Championship, when he was voted in the PFA divisional team of the year for 2008/09 and also won the Sky Blues Players' Player of the Year award in the process.
