Jason Tindall is backing new loan man Josh McQuoid to make a big impact at Turf Moor.
The Millwall striker has spent his first full week with the Clarets after signing a three-month deal in time to make his debut as a second-half substitute against Derby County last Saturday.
And assistant boss Tindall expects the 22-year-old to get better and better as he gets back in the groove of first-team football.
"He came to us a bit short of match fitness because he hasn't played too much football in recent months," said the Clarets' number two.
"But he's done some good work this week and looked sharp in training.
"He's got some great attributes that I'm sure everybody will see in time and he is going to be a big player for us for the final few months of the season."

Derby debut
McQuoid has made just a handful of appearances for the Lions this season after signing for Millwall on a permanent basis last January.
But the Northern Ireland international comes with an exciting pedigree from his early days under the guidance of Tindall and Burnley boss Eddie Howe at Bournemouth.
And Tindall hopes McQuoid can rediscover that form to help the Clarets make a push for the top six in the final third of the season.
He added: "He got his opportunity at Bournemouth probably earlier than he expected and he burst onto the scene and had a terrific start to his Bournemouth career and got a hatful of goals.

Jason Tindall: 'Big asset'
"Unfortunately for Josh, things haven't quite worked out as planned at Millwall and he hasn't played the games he would probably have liked so it was an opportunity for us to bring somebody in because of the injuries we had to our squad.
"He works hard, he's very quick, good in the air and, as he has proved before, he does score goals so hopefully he can recreate the form we know he can and if he does that he will certainly be a big asset for us."
