Kevin McDonald and Brian Easton have been included in the Scotland under-21 squad for their European Championship qualifier in Azerbaijan.

The Clarets pair will fly out next week for the game in Baku on Saturday 14^th November (kick-off 19.00).

The young Scots have won three of their opening four games in Group Ten to sit joint top, while Azerbaijan are yet to earn a point from three matches.

McDonald has been an ever-present so far during ther qualifying campaign, while Easton has been named on the bench by boss Billy Stark for the last two games.

The ten group winners and four best runners-up will compete in play-offs to determine seven finalists to join hosts Denmark in the finals in 2011.

The full Scotland squad plays a friendly against Wales on 14^th November with the squad still to be announced.
