It's the end of another hectic week at work, but I just thought I should drop you a line to say that the 21st Birthday Party for my niece, that I booked with you, in the Dr Iven Suite, went off well last Friday 27th March.
Angela really enjoyed the night, and was chuffed at the venue. She was showing off the trophy cabinet etc to her boyfriend who is a Hull fan.

I attended the Mothers-day Carvery with my wife, two children and my Mother and Father. To be honest I never really knew what to expect. Its not often I feel compelled to write, but thought this time it was fitting.
We all had a fantastic day, every one of your staff were both pleasant and helpful, we were hugely impressed with how the children were catered for (they never liked the Carvery) nothing was too much trouble and a separate meal was cooked for them. It was a great alternative to the usual pub lunch, and great to go down pitch side for our photographs and (the gentleman downstairs looking after the photographers was also great with the kids).
Most of all my Mother, Wife and kids were all over the moon with the afternoon. Many thanks to all your staff for being so accommodating, we will see you again.

Please can I thank you and your colleagues for the work you put in to help the Family organise my husband's funeral.
He would have been delighted to know he had finally "starred" at Burnley on the big screen. The catering and organising on Wednesday, and the kindness shown to us by the staff was much appreciated during a very difficult time.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to you and your team for the excellent hospitality provided on Saturday -v- Southampton.
The whole set of facilities is Premier League in its standard - as are the people involved in making it happen - the young people waiting on are exceptional.

You and your staff where very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, it helped the night go perfectly.

Our friend Bob who came up and does Chelsea a lot says the meal was better than any corporate meal he has had down there and half the price.

As the representative of the Institution of Engineering and Technology these days are usually hard work, but your staff and the suite itself made the day very enjoyable.
The parking is very convenient and secure, access to the suite easy and 'quality' if that is the right word, so much nicer to have a proper staircase rather than a metal 'ladder'.
Toilets and amenities are always clean and more than adequate for the numbers we had.
The arrangement of 'booths' works very well in giving separation of groups and keeping sound levels completely workable; chairs, tables and equipment again more than adequate.
The refreshment and food arrangements were excellent. Having tea/coffee and juice all day is much appreciated by those having to talk a lot and the buffet was excellent. You can always judge by how much is left over - a few pieces of fruit and some salad, virtually nothing.
But the real star is Daisy, who is invisible to most but goes about her job with quiet and complete efficiency and is always so pleasant when doing it.
I am sure there are many more people behind the scenes working just as hard and they are all appreciated by a visitor like me.

Just a belated thank you for organising our staff event last month. I have had very good feedback - so thanks again - it is very much appreciated.

Hi Chris, hope you had as good a time in Newcastle as we did our dinner dance at your facilities. The meal was superb as were the staff and the venue.
Many, many thanks for making our evening away from our own club a total success with many people wanting to come back.

Just to say a big thank you for all you contributions yesterday at our Safety Awareness Day, it went very smoothly and I think it was a big success! The comment we received back were really positive and it has made many people think about their personal safety, comments also included how friendly all the staff were and of course how nice the food was.

We had an excellent meal, served by polite, efficient Staff and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You should be very proud of your Team. Please pass on our thanks.
