Tuesday night sees a special half-time pitch parade to celebrate the launch of our groundbreaking, new Community scheme.
The Burnley Football Club Programme for Education, Sport and Society (BFC PESS), will be run by an existing charity, the Futures Learning Trust in a model that is unique with the Football League.

BFC PESS will officially be launched with a half time parade on the pitch by local schoolchildren tonight.
This seven-minute performance is an abridged version of an hour long event displaying the culmination of many weeks' hard work by the children and staff at Padiham St Leonard's Church of England Primary School on helping to save the planet.
The pageant will show off the children's wonderful art work, all made from reclaimed materials. All the puppets and masks paraded were made by children from materials that have been reclaimed and recycled. They will also be showing off their amazing 'trash clothes', designed and made by themselves from scrap.
The children will be attempting to tell you, in their own way, through 'theatre' and dance, how they feel about what is being done and what needs to be done to protect our amazing planet.
This performance is representative of the type of education project that the new charitable arm of Burnley Football Club will be supporting within local schools, in order to raise awareness of the importance of sustainability.
Player visits to a wide variety of community initiatives will form a major part of the new The Futures Learning Trust scheme.

The programme, working in partnership with Burnley School Sport Partnership, will be working with local schools to provide sport and educational activities both within school and out of school hours.
The programme will also be providing a variety of activities in the community, in relation to health, social inclusion and education, working alongside local charitable and community partners.
