Job Vacancy – Supporter Liaison Officer/Marketing Assistant
Main responsibilities: Take ownership of the clubs fan related campaigns, customer charter, and customer service.
Also act as a point of contact for supporters, establishing and maintaining relationships with supporters groups and all demographic of the supporter base.

Burnley FC are looking to employ a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of football and football fans.
The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with current and new fans/supporters of the football club, dealing with and resolving any relevant issues and complaints fans may have, while also acting as a main point of contact for various fan related campaigns and organisations. They will also be able to assist in marketing related, fan focused activities.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Knowledgeable about football and football fans in general
• Able to demonstrate the ability to create processes and campaigns to benefit customers and fans
• Experienced in a customer service or customer facing role
• Confident and able to communicate with a variety of different demographic of fan and levels of club management
All applicants will need to have a flexible approach to work as home matches and some club based events will occur on evenings or weekends. A full, valid UK driving license is desirable.
